i On February 9, 1988, TV Electric letter logged TXX-88215 provided notification that the deficiency involving the consumable material replacement program was deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
The latest report on l
this issue, logged TXX-88694, was submitted September 20, 1988.

is submitted to update the status of implementation of corrective actions.
I 1he implementation of procedure NE0 6.05 has been completed for Unit 1.
The l
implementation of the remaining corrective actions for Unit I will be complete.1 by April 14, 1989.
