ORDER We have today received a notice of appeal of the Town of Hampton from the Licensing Board's March 25, 1987 partial initial decision in this proceeding.

The notice was accompanied by an application for a stay of the effectiveness of that decision.

We have also received an application for such a stay filed by the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League.

We are shortening the time for responses to these stay requests.

See 10 CFR 2.711(a).

The responses are to be 1

filed on or before April 20, 1987.

Where necessary to ensure that the responses are received no later than April 21, filing and service shall be by express mail or some comparable expedited delivery service.
