The letter stated that certain activities appeared to i
be in violation'of NRC requirements and enclosed a Notice of Violatinn identifying the matter.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.201, this 17ttar is in response to the Notice of Violation.
WiscontAn Electric agrees that the violation occurring during a Healtn Physics training session was properly classified as Severity Level IV.
Our discussion of the issue and correctiva actions t!or this item were provided in our letter to Mr. Nore.lius dated October 20, 1988.
