Section B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE, paragraph c.
is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contr act is $300,000.00, of which
$275,229.00 is for reimbursable costs and $24,771.00 is for fee."

Section F.2 PREF ARATION OF TECHNICAL REPORTS is revised to read as follows:
"All technical reports required by Section C and all Technical Progress Reports required by Section F are to be prepared in accordance with the attached NRC Manual Chapter 3202.
NRC Manual Chapter 3202 is not applicable to the Spending Plan and the Financial Status P9 port (See Section J for List of Attachmer.ts ).
The contractor and the NRC Proptet Officer shall discuss whether the information resulting from this rosearch warrants publication in reforced scientific and engineering journals.
Such publication shall focus on advancos in science and technology, but not conclusions and/or recommendations which may have regulatory implications.
The NRC Project Officer shall make the determination whether the publications of the ruscarch results should be pursued.
The contractor shall be notified by the Contracting Officer (CO) of any requirement to publish research results.
Verbal notifications by the CO will be confirmed in writing.
