Generic Letter 83-28, Seismic Qualification of Reactor Trip Breaker Shunt Trip Attachment Gentlemen:
This letter provides information requested by the Staff to document the seismic qualification of the DS-416 reactor trip breaker shunt trip attachment.
'Ihe DS-416 reactor trip breaker shunt trip attachment is seismically qualified for Wolf Creek Generating Station.
Qualification testing was conducted in accordance with the provisions of Regulatory Guide 1.100 Revision 1 which endorses IEEE 344-1975. The referenced letter provided our initial response to this subject under Item 4.3 of Generic Letter 83-28.
