The purpose of this codification is to for ally recognize the revised delivery date for the Final ERDS Require ents Analysis Eeport and cethod of consideration. Therefore, the prties cutually agree to the following:
1.
Due to the contractor's delay in subtittal of ten copies of the Final ERDS Eequiretents Analysis Report, in accordance with negotiations held on March 30, 1957, the delivery date for the subjcet deliverable is revised free March 31, 1957 to April 17, 1957.

All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged, including the total ceiling cost of $552,061.83.
