. 1 This letter reports the completion of restart open items.

On October 14, 1988 at an NRC public meeting, Boston Edison i informed the Commissioners that the Pilgrim Station would be

physically ready for restart upon completion of the faw remaining

open items. The status of open items is shown on page 37 of the  !

transcrict of that meeting. Those items are complete.

, i j One additional issue regarding pipe support anchor bolts was identified and resolved subsequent to the October 14, 1988 meeting. f Boston Edison actions in response to this issue were reported to NRC/ Region I in a publicly-notic,cd meeting on November 17, 1988. l

Pilgrim Station is ready for restart.
