REQUEST FOR EXPORT LICENSE
Dear Mr. Peterson:
We hereby request an XCOM License to export the components described in 10 CFR Part 110.8 (a)(5) through (a)(9) to any of the countries listed in 110.26(a).
These components would be exported to these countries for 1), testing purposes,
- 2) qualification.
- 3) use as models, or 4? for manufacturo in those countries and subsequent return to the Urited States for use in U.
S.
reactors or for testing or qualification purposes.
It would be appreciated if the licenso could be for five (5) years; the dollar value would be $6,000,000.
