20555 Local Union 142 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers represent some 300 members who are employed at the Beaver Valley Nuclear Station operated by the Duquesne Light Company. Our members are opposed to the Random Drug Testing proposed in the NRC Fitness for Duty Program.

Our members can accept and work under a Fitness for Duty Program that contain only a Just cause Drug testing provision.
