Workars represent some 300 members who are employed at the leaver Valley Nuclear Station operated by the Duquesne Light Company. Our members are opposed to the Random Drug Testing proposed in the NRC Fitness for Du',y Program. '

4 Our members can accept and work under a Fitness for Duty Program that l contains only a Just cause Drug testing provision.
