As requested by your application dated June 2,1986, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9181, Revision ?!o. 3, for the Model Nos. PAS-2 and PAS-2A packages. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 9181, Revision flo. 2, dated June 4,1985.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.
Sacrarento Municipal Utility District and Southern California Edison Company have been registered as users of these packages under the general license provisions of 10 CFR $71.12 or 49 CFR 5173.471.
The approval constitutes authority to use these packages for the shipment of radioactive natorial and for these packages to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR $173.471.
