Quad Cities Station Unit 2 "Transmittal of Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test" tiRC_DocieLliodCL-265 Dear Mr. Murleys in acc0rdance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50 Appendia J, attached please find a copy of a report titled, "Reactor Contalrnent Building Integrated Leak Rate Test, Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2.
The report and its related appendices describe the Type A test which was performed on June 12 and 13, 1988 and was witnessed by representatives of HRC Region III.
The information contained in Appendix A of this report is intended to comply with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Section V.B.3.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section III.A.6, the t*at schedule for the next Type A test is to be reviewed and approved by the Comission. The next type A test for Quad Cities unit 1 is scheduled for fall of 1989, your review and approval of this schedule is hereby requested.
