Closcout of NRC-04-96-039, T.O.1, Unilateral Modification No. 7

Dear Mr. Knox:

The enclosed modification replaces Modification No. 6 previously mailed dated 3/26/99. This modification unilaterally deobligates $1,207.36 from the subject contract. It is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements. The policy of NRC dictates that the finalization of deobligation transactions be supported by a fully executed original modification. After DCAA's final audit of the indirect rates under the contract is received by NRC, further consideration for any indirect rate variances will be made at that time.

We are enclosing the following required closeout documents to be completed and returned to NRC: Contractors Release and Certification, General Assignment Certification, Property Certification and Patents and Copyrights Certification. Upon completion, please mail these forms to :
