SUBJECT:
DEOBLIGATION OF FUNDS UNDER TASK ORDER NOS. 29,40 AND 41 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-94-035 The subject task orders have expired and we are initiating closecut action. However, pending completion of all closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract and the identified task orders for other immediate agency requirements.
Enclosed for your review and signature are three pre-signed copies of the subject modification which deobligates excess funds remaining in the aforementioned task orders. You are requested to sign all three copies and return two (2) copies to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, ATTN: Anita Hughes, Division of Contracts and Property Management, T-712, ADM/DCPM/CMB2, Washington, DC 20555. You should retain the third copy for your files.
You are also requested to compete the enclosed Property Certification form as well as the Patents, Copyrights and Royalties form, and return them to the above-mentioned address. If negative reports are appropriate, statements to that effect are required.
When the final audit and cost determination has been made, you will be notified and requested to submit within the next sixty (60) days your final invoice / voucher together with the Final Release, General Assignments and Certification of proceeds from refunds, rebates, credits and i
other amounts as a condition to final payment. The necessary forms will be sent to you with that notification.
However, if you have received final indirect cost rates for the applicable fiscal years covered by the contract from your organization's cognizant audit agency, please notify Ani+a Hughes of my staff immediately so that she can send you the additional closeout forms required to close out the subject contract. In addition, please submit a finalinvoice reflecting the indirect cost rate adjustment along with a copy of the approved indirect cost rates.
