Dear Ms. Rodriquez:
Enclosed is a check for $6322 for invoice number E0414, dated 2/20/86. This invoice is for the cost of the NRC Transportation Certification Branch's review of the Hittman application for certifica-tion of the UNIPAK Model I package (Docket No. 71-9164) during the period from 12/23/84 through 6/22/85.
It is our understanding that the NRC review of that appli-cation was completed during the period covered by this invoice. This can be substantiated by meetings and telephone conversations between Hittman and the NRC Transportation Certification Branch. Further-more, the application for certification of UNIPAK has been formally withdrawn (Westinghouse Hittman Nuclear Incorporated letter WHNI-E-860, dated March 18, 1986). Therefore, Hittman will not honor any invoices for NRC review costs beyond 6/22/85.
