NRC-02-97-008 Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 2 This modification extends the period of performance of the subject contract through September 30,1999, at no additional cost to the Government, changes the deliverable schedule for the final report, and changes the name of the project officer. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
- 1. Section F.6," Duration of Contract Period"is revised to read as follows:
" Duration of Contract Period This contract shall commence on the date of award and will expire on September 30, 1999."
- 2. Section C.6," Deliverable / Schedule"is revised to read as follows:
" Deliverable / Schedule The following is a schedule for submission of the draft and final reports mentioned in Section 6 above:
Deliverable Due Date
- a. draft report 11/25/97
- b. final report 5/17/99"
- 3. Sections F.5 and G.1 are revised to delete the name "Penelope Kinney" as Project Officer and replace with "Jayne Halvorsen".
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling amount of
$122,366.00, remain the same.
