NRC INSPECTION REPORT 70-938/99-201

Dear Mr. Mass 4:

This refers to the Nuclear Process Safety inspection by members of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Headquarters staff which was conducted on March 30,1999, and subsequent telephone re-exit on April 14,1999, at your Cambridge, Massachusetts facility. The purpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities authorized by your licensee were conducted safely and in accordance with NRC requirements. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.

In accordance with the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be  ;
