This refers to your April 14, 1986 application for an amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 9079.
An application fee of $150 is required as specified in Q170.31 (10E) of 10 CFR 170, copy enclosed. Applicants in fee Category 10E pay an initial application fee of $150 and are subsequently billed at 6-month intervals for all accumulated NRC costs or upon ccr.pletion of the review, whichever occurs sooner. The total fee assessed will be based on the actual NRC cost (professional staff-hours) to process the appli-cation as well as any contractual cost incurred.
Based on the above, please remit an application fee of $150 and mail it to my attention.
