MODIFICATION NO 1 TO GRANT NO. NRC-04-85-009 BETWEEN UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MADISON AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION A. The purpose of this modification is to change the grant period in Block No. 3, work to be performed in Block No. 9, and the dollar amount in Block Nos.15 and 16 of the Notice of Grant Award.
B. Specifically, of this Grant No. NRC-04-85-009:
- 1. Block No. 3, Grant Period, is extended by one year from May 31, 1986 through May 31, 1987. The effective date of this modification shall be May 31, 1986.

- 2. Block No. 9, Project Will Be Conducted Per Grantee's Proposal (s), is changed from ' April 5, 1985" to " March 21, 1986."
- 3. Block No. 15, Funding Sources, is increased by $19,938.00 from
"$55,745.00" to "575,683.00."
- 4. Block No.16, Amount Obligated By This Grant Action, is increased by
$19,938.00 from 555,745.00 to 575,683.00.
C. All other terms and conditions under this Grant remain the same.
