Gentlemen-In correspondence dated June 10,1998 (ICAN069805), Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1

_ (ANO-1) provided a close-out letter to document completion of the requested actions in Generic Letter 96-01.. " Testing of Safety-Related Logic Circuits." The ANO-1 letter stated in part that, "These reviews were conducted on the 4,160 volt safety-related schemes plus a representative sample of the 480 volt schemes." However, a complete review of the'480 volt schemes had actually been conducted prior to submittal of the June 10,1998 letter, and not a " representative sample" as stated.

Therefore, this letter corrects the previous June 10,1998 letter to indicate that a complete review of the 480 volt schemes was conducted. Should you have any questions, please contact me.
