III Inspector), Toledo Edison has taken additional corrective action to ensure that Maintenance and quality Assurance Department personnel are aware of the unacceptability of the procedural violation cited. The respective department l
heads issued a memorandum to all personnel with directions to read t'.e r
applicable pues of Inspection Report No. 50/346/88012 and understand that it

1 is an ;xample of unacceptable practice at Davis-Besse. Toledo Edison plans no further corrective action for the specific concern.
