DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 EQUIPMENT CONDUIT INTERFACE SDAR: CP-85-39 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
L Gentlemen:
On January 11, 1988, we notified you via our report logged TXX-88035 of the corrective actions to resolve this item. Our last report was logged TXX-88447 dated May 13, 1988. This report is submitted to advise you of the revised corrective actions for this deficiency.
TXX-88035, Attachment 1, Page 1 of 1, listed nine (9) cabinets requiring rework. Additional engineering review has concluded that five (5) of those cabinets are acceptable without rework.
Two of these five (5) cabinets are the two installed in Unit 2.
Therefore, no Unit 2 corrective action is e
required for this SDAR.. The remaining rework for Unit I has been completed.
