Reactor facility. The reactor facility is defined as the reactor building and its ventilation system,'the cooling tower, the tank farm, the experiment exhaust, system (EES) tanks, north half _of Building 202, and conteminated piping connecting these components. ,

A check in the amount of $150.00 for the application fee is enclosed.
