Dear Mr. Flater:
Thank you for your letter of September 26, 1988, responding to our coments and recomendations from our 1988 review of Iowa's radiation control program.
We are pleased with the positive steps the State has taken with regard to our coments and these actions constitute acceptable refinements of the program. We plan to closely monitor the prograWs staffing ievel since a staffing shortage could be detrimental to the overall radiation control program.
