Nuclear Pollution's Second Set of Interrogatories and Request for the Production of Documents to State of New Hampshire on Revision 2 to the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan. In an effort to expedite ruling on this motion, the Board sent copies of the motion and a motion for leave to file the second set of interrogatories to the New Hampshire Attorney General by electronic means and scheduled a telephone conference call to determine if a resolution could be reached among the opposing parties.

On April 3,1987 the conference call was convened (Tr. 2371-78)and the New Hampshire Attorney General agreed to respond to each of New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution's interrogatories Nos.1-16.

2 The Board believes that by use of such limited telephone conference calls, the interest of all parties can be better served without papering these proceedings unnecessarily. Although all discovery problems cannot be so easily resolved, the Board will initiate such conference calls or agree to requsts for such calls where the interests of the parties for quick resolution are appropriate.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
