20555 Local Union 142 of the International Brotherhoed of Electrical Workers represent some 300 members who are employed at the Beaver Valley Nuclear Station operated by the Duquesne Light Cornpany. Our nembers are opposed to the Random Drug Testing proposed in the NEC Fitness for Duty Progran.

Our members can accept and work under a Fitness for Duty Progran that contains only a Just Cause Drug testing provision.
