Local Union 142 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers represent some 300 members who are employed at the Beaver Valley Nuclear Station operated by the Duquesne Light Company.

Our nenbers are opposed to the Randon Drug Testing proposed in the NRC Fitness for Duty Program.

Our members can accept and work under a Fitner.s for Duty Progran that contains only a Just cause Drug tes'.'.ng provision.
