ORDER (Setting Time to Respond to Intervenors' Motion to Convene Conference of Counsel and Other Relief On April 7, 1987 a motion was received from Intervenors seeking to convene a conference of counsel, and for other relief, which was prompted by Applicant's motion of March 20, 1987 for sumary disposition of the " legal authority" issues.

Because Intervenors' response to Applicant's motion is due shortly, it is necessary to shorten the time to respond to Intervenors' motion that was received today.

It is hereby ordered that responses to the motion to convene a conference of counsel,and other relief be filed with the Licensing i Board, in hand, no later than the close of business Thursday, April 9, 1987.
