REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTION

1. Any and all documents reflecting administrative and/or executive orders regarding emergency planning and/or radiological emergency response planning.

ANSWER: SAPL has no information responsive to this request.

2. Any and all documents reflecting or co- enting on dr.af t and/or final policies of the Department of Public Saf ety, the Massachusetts Civil Defense Agency and/or the Departrent of Public Health regarding emerEency planning and/or radiological emergercy response planning.

ANSWER: SAPL is interpreting this request to be directed solely to governmental ac,encies within the Coemonwealth of Massachusetts. SAPL has no information responsive to this request.
