Deewter 1986). This reviw criterien failure rt$ ort concerned a July 27,1988 McQ11re thit 2/ cycle 5 startup physics test.

In a telecon between Mr. P.B. Hartkci et.al. (DPC) and Mr. D.S. ! bod and Ms.

M. Chatterten of your staff on Octcher 25, 1988 during which this startup test failure was discusred, additicnal informaticn was requested by the NPC in order to aid in the NRC's understanding of this cwmt.
