This revision updates the plan to current activities and includes Sequoyah's new programs addressing Restart Test, Piece Part Qualification, Cable Ampacity, Cable Sidewall Pressure, Fuses, Containment Isolation Design Review, the expanded design calculation review, and other miscellaneous programs and revisions. Operational Readiness has also been added as Section V to this revision of the Performance Plan. This additional information should support the expeditious review by NRC of the programs required for the restart of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. He look forward to your review of this Performance Plan and will support NRC as appropriate to expedite your review efforts.
