INDEX FOR FINAL RULE TO MODIFY GDC-4 (51 FR 12502, April 11,1986)
Attached please find the index of docuwnts for the final rule to modify General Design Criterion 4 of 10 CFR' Part 50.
This index contains the same seventeen items on the index of documents for the proposed rule, and nine additional items.
Of the nine additional items, eight are already on the DCS and have l
accession numbers. These eight new items are listed on the attached index as numbers 18 through 25. The ninth item is listed as number 26 and is not yet on the DCS (and consequently has no accession number). I have enclosed a copy of item number 26 for your information, and by copy of this note I am also transmitting item number 26 to the DCS (Mail Stop 042). Finally, item number 18 is only located at Central Files, whereas the remaining new items are in the POR.
