1. Demonstrate that the lifting devices can still meet the requirements of 10 CFR 971.45(a) with an incomplete ring plate.
2. Demonstrate that cover bolts and seal will not be stressed beyond yield during the one foot corner drop test onto a tie-down lug.
3. Address the consequence of one foot flat side drop onto a . tie-down lug.
