Review of Non-power Reau sr Sabotage Study In the Nuclear Regulatory Commission letter dated September 13, 1988 to Dr. Robert M. Brujger, you requested we review and comment on the "Non-power Reactor Sabotage Study" (LA-CP-87-02) within 45 days of receipt of the letter (September 19,1988). Dr.
Brugger has not been able to review the document because his name was not included in the list of cleared employees of the University of Missouri sent to Major Barnard who is provWing the security for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission classified material.
I called and talked to Mr. Charles Miller concerning this matter on October 26, 1988. In that conversation. I requested the Nuclear Regulatory Corraission extend the time to review the document to within El days of receipt of a letter docuenting Dr.
Brugger is included in the list of clea ed employees of the Univcrsity of flissouri.
Mr. Miller said that would be acceptable to the Nut. lear Regulatory Commission. This letter is documenting our understanding. Please contact me (314-882-5204) if there ato any concerns or questions dealing with this understanding.
