hours of that day, a source range high flux trip was received due i

to an electrical failure in the source range instrument preamplifier.

LER 08-002 is being written to document the circumstances of the event.

i In accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(ii), LER 88-003 will be i

issued to document the results of the steam generator tube j

inspections.

Approximately 500 tubes will be sleeved and 23 j
