In your March 10, 1987 joint letter to me, you requested me to disqualify myself and the rest of the NRC Staff from participating as a party in the ghoreham; licensing proceedings.
In addition you requested my appearance before a Special Session of the County Legislature.
In my March 23, 1987 response which referenced earlier correspondence and responses, I explained my views.
You have now reiterated your request in an April 2, 1987 letter to me.
There is little point in elaborating on the disagreements between us again.
