This is in regards to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) dated A ril 1,1987 which you submitted pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 74.31(b .
We have completed our review of the aforementioned FNMCP and find that it is acceptable. Accordingly. Amendment SG-2 to your License No. SNM-1107 is hereby reissued in its entirety, effective imediately, as Amendment SG-3 which is enclosed with this letter. In accordance with the intent of 10 CFR 74.31, it is understood that any previous commitments in the Part 70 FNMCP made pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 70.51, 70.57, and/or 70.58 which do not appear in the Part 74 FNMCP are no longer applicable.
The license conditions appearing in your revised Safeguards Amendment have been discussed with Mr. Bob Williams of your staff, and were found to be mutually acceptable.
We have determined that the enclosure to your LA 87-05 letter, dated April 1, 1987, contains information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accord-ingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be com-mercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be with-held from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
