NRC-10-87-447 Modification No.16 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this bilateral modification is to: 1) extend the period of performance for six (6) months and,2) increase the obligated and ceiling amounts. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1)
NRC hereby exercises the option specified in item No. 2 of the statement of work. As a result, item No. 2 of the statement of work is hereby revised in its entirety to read as follows:
"The period of performance hereunder shall commence on 3/17/99 and shall continue through 9/16/99.
2)
Due to NRC extending the period of performance under this cooperativa agreement, item No. 3, entitled " Cooperative Agreement Period" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised to read as follows:
- From 9/17/87 To 9/16/99" 3)
The obligated and ceiling amounts are hereby increased by $1,302.89 to cover the extended period. As a result, item No.15, entitled " Funding Sources" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised as follows:
