This is in response to your letter of December 5,1986 in which you requested clarification of our November 30, 1986 enclosure, which was incorporated as a condition of license (as contained in License Condition 9.1.A, issued with our November 30th letter).

We are in mutual agreement that your proposed additional paragraph clarifies the intended requirement. Accordingly, we are reissuing the enclosure to our November 30, 1986 letter, and revising License Condition 9.1.A of Amend-ment SG-1 to your License No. SNM-368, effective immediately. Revised Condition 9.1.A reads as follows:

9.1.A The licensee shall follow the physical protection plan titled "UNC-Naval Products Physical Protection Plan," as revised May 30, 1986, which includes Revision 6 of Drawing F-428015, dated May 27, 1986, with the changes as contained in the enclo-sure to NRC/SGMI le'tter dated December 17, 1986; and as it may be further revised by page changes submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).

The enclosure to this letter will be withheld from public disclosure because it contains classified (CONFIDENTIAL) National Security Information and must-be controlled in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 95.
