TOPICAL REPORT, "10 CFR 61 WASTE FORM CONFORMANCE PROGRAM FOR SOLIDIFIED PROCESS WASTE PRODUCTS PRODUCED BY A WASTECHEM CORPORATION VOLUME REDUCTION AND SOLIDIFICATION (VRS) SYSTEM" The subject supplement is part of WasteChem's topical report, "10 CFR 61 Waste Form Conformance Program for Solidified Process Waste Products Produced by a WasteChem Corporation Volume Reduction and Solidification (VRS) System," dated May 19, 1986. Two copies are enclosed for you to transmit to the appropriate agencies in the states of South Carolina and Washington for their records and comments. The supplement as'part of the topical report is being reviewed by NMSS and shoula be treated as proprietary within the provisions of 10 CFR 9.5(4).-
