NRC-10-87-331 Modification No.16 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this bilateral modification is to: 1) extend the period of performance for four (4) months and,2) increase the obligated and ceiling amounts. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1)
NRC hereby exercises the option specified in item No. 2 of the statement of work. As a result, item No. 2 of the statement of work is hereby revised in its entirety to read as follows:
"The period of performance hereunder shall commence on 5/12/99 and shall continue through 9/11/99.
2)
Due to NRC extending the period of performance under this cooperative agreement, item No. 3, entitled " Cooperative Agreement Period" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised to read as follows:
"From 5/12/87 to 9/11/99" 3)
The obligated and ceiling amounts are hereby increased by $802.21 to cover the extended period. As a result, item No.15, entitled " Funding Sources" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised as follows:
