As noted in a letter to you from the NRC Region I Office, dated December 31, 1986, your November 21, 1986 submittal of a revised Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP), pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c),

was found acceptable. Accordingly, we are incorporating your revised FNMCP as a condition of license by revising License Condition 2.1 of Amendment SG-1 to your License No. SNM-368. Revised Condition 2.1, which is effective immediately, reads as follows:

2.1 The licensee shall follow Chapters 1.0 through 8.0 of its Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, Revision No. 6, dated September 25, 1986 (except for page 2-5 which is dated October 8,1986).

Revisions to this Plan, without prior NRC approval, can be made only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
