Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License NPF-39. This Application requests changes to the Limerick Technical Specifications to accomodate the first refueling of the reactor with 268 new fuel bundles.
In addition to the Application, there are filed herewith:
