APR ? 21999 ALL AGREEMENT STATES MINNESOTA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, PENNSYLVANIA, WISCONSIN PROGRAM MANAGEMENT INFORMATION: COMPATIBILITY DESIGNATIONS FOR CERTAIN NRC RULES (SP-99-017A)

In SP-99-017, the Office of State Programs (OSP) transmitted to you a copy of the Department

of Labor (DOL) regulations " Procedures for Handling Discrimination Complaints Under Federal Employee Protection Statutes (29 CFR 24)." The letter suggested that Agreement State licensees be reminded of the DOL requirement for informing employees of their rights and protection and of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) form "Your Rights Under the Energy Reorganization Act" posting requirement. It has come to our attention that the telephone number listed in the DOL regulation at page 6614 is no longer valid. If you or your licensees have any questions concerning these requirements or wish to obtain copies of l

the OSHA form, you may obtain the correct number for the appropriate OSHA Regional Office for your State or the OSHA office in Washington, DC at the following website:
