Enclosed is an application for an expert license received recently by the NRC for low-enriched uranium for use as fuel for Mihama Unit I. Region 13, nuclear power reactor in Japan. Assurances from the Government of Japan are required that the material will be subject to all of the tenns and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
