  • %, *....J Transportation Certification Branch Approval Record Model C-8 Docket No. 71-9128 Revision 5 By application dated August 25, 1988 Amersham Corp. requested that the expiration date of Certificate of Compliance No. 9128 be extended to May 31, 1989. Amersham has requested the extension to provide sufficient time to submit a consolidated application for renewal of the certificate for the full 5-year term.

The staff concludes that the statements of the original application, as supplemented, provide adequate documentation of the packaging to permit the requested extension.
