Your letter of February 5,1987, transmitted a revision to the Security Plan for the RPI Reactor Critical Facility in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

We have reviewed the revision and find that this change should be considered in conjunction with the review of the new Security Plan transmitted by your letter of December 23, 1986. Therefore, the revision has been referred to our Headquarters staff for review.

The Headquarters staff will respond to you regarding this revision, in addition to the prior plan submitted.

Your letter and enclosure contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).

Such information is deemed to be Commercial or Financial Information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12; therefore, it will be with-held from public disclosure and will not be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
