Dear Administrative Judges:

This is to confirm that on June 9, 1986, the undersigned orally requested , on behalf of the NRC Staff, an extension of time of two days in which to respond to the twelve motions for summary disposition which have been filed by the State of New Hampshire and Applicants in the captioned proceeding. The undersigned had contacted counsel for the Applicants and the State of New Hampshire, neither of whom opposed the requested extension. For good cause shown, the Staff's request was granted by the Licensing Board.
