TERMINATION OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9259
Dear Mr. Quennoz:
This is to inform you that Certificate of Compliance No. 9259 for the Model No. Trojan Steam Generator has been terminated. Accordingly, use of the package under the General License -
provisions of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or under the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471 is no longer authorized.
In accordar'ce with the provisions of 10 CFR 71.52, this package was previously authorized to -
transport Low Specific Activity (LSA) radioactive material. However, Section 71.52 expired on

April 1,1999; consequently, the certificate is no loriger valid. LSA packages and their use are l
now regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). For more information on LSA packages and their use, you may contact Mr. Richard Boyle in the Office of Hazardous Materials Technology at DOT. Mr. Boyle can be reached at (202) 366-4545.
