CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT NRC-10-99-142 FOR CUSTODIAL MANAGEMENT This letter is to notify you that Contract No. NRC-10-99-142 awarded to C.P.F. Corporation on April 20,1999 for custodial management services at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)is hereby cancelled. This action is being taken based on information received by the -

NRC concerning one of your prior federal government contracts.

The NRC is continuing the procurement and is planning to establish on an expedited basis a competitive range of offerors for discussions to include your firm. C.P.F. will be given an opportunity during the week of April 26,1999 to present information to the NRC regarding this prior govemment contract, among other things.
